Did you have an unwanted, even preventable c-section experience?
Do you find yourself triggered by social media threads but pressured to contribute?
Did this birth leave you with unresolved feelings around self-advocacy? around connecting to your identity in Motherhood?
Does talking about your birth experience cause you to experience negative emotions? Make you afraid? Make you feel ashamed?
Did you have an unpleasant experience with your practitioners?
Has your birthing experience caused you to become anxious, hypervigilant, controlling or avoiding of your emotional health altogether?
Is there something about your birthing experience you want to share with others, to educate or inspire them? Not sure what medium to use? Where to begin?
This course is for you.
For four weeks, you’ll be guided through the use of a brand-new method geared towards teaching you how to practice retrieving your voice from the pain of c-section trauma.
With an accompanying guided journal, each week will feature a module on one of the tenets of “The Whole Mother Method” helping you to engage in gentle unpacking and deeper reflection to support your narrative’s transformation.
By the end of the course, not only will you have a practical plan to implement and reference for continual personal restoration, but you’ll have learned in Week 4, what medium for sharing your narrative is best for you.
Join us, virtually, for the second edition, this Fall!
Taught by Dr. Laura Eustache Zamor, Board Certified Doctor of Naturopathy, Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, this course has been created with the intention to help mothers write their way through birth trauma, reclaim their voice, and share with others, when ready.
